UW is finalizing staffing matrices by July 1, and WSNA is bringing forward RN data to the Hospital Staffing Committee.

We’re hearing consistent concerns about:

• Not meeting staffing targets
• Missed breaks and meals
• Increasing short staffing pressure

We need your input to back this up with real data.
