Situation

Administration wants to eliminate 28/160 Flexible Scheduling Option and is offering a total of just 3% in raises over the next 2 years

What is 28/160

28/160 refers to our scheduling practice of working our FTE within a 28 day period. For 0.9% FTE, that is 144 hours in 28 days. Without 28/160, RNs at 0.9% would work 36 hrs/wk and have to make trades within the week.
