The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) is currently reviewing the joint venture between Providence and Compassus in Oregon and they want to hear directly from you.

If you work or recently worked (since November 2024) in home health, home hospice, or palliative care within the Providence/Compassus organization in Washington, this anonymous survey is your opportunity to ensure your experience is part of the record.

Why This Matters:

OHA is assessing how this partnership may impact care delivery, staffing, quality, and working conditions. Your responses will directly assist in that review.

• All responses are anonymous.
• Quotes from responses may be used in future OHA reporting.
• Anonymized results may be released if requested under public records law.
• Survey questions will be posted publicly in PDF format.

Who Should Participate:

• Current employees or contractors within Providence/Compassus home health, home hospice, or palliative care in Washington.
• Former employees/contractors who left in or after November 2024.
