Negotiations update

The first day of negotiations is complete. Your negotiating team worked hard to communicate the issues and concerns the nurses of PVNA have. Good conversations about wages were had and we feel Management has heard our concerns on this. The first day ended with encouragement and we are anticipating fruitful discussions. We are in the process of setting another date. Please continue to read your WSNA emails for updates or ask to be a part of your bargaining unit’s closed group on Facebook called “Providence VNA Home Health RNs”.

Your negotiating team:
Kathleen Thompson BSN, RN, CDCES WSNA Chair, Marilee Naddy RN Grievance Officer, Lisa Figg RN, WTA, WSNA Treasurer, Felisha White RN, BSN, PMHC, Rachel Morgan RN, BSN
