Local Unit Officer Elections

WSNA members in good standing have been nominated for local unit officer positions by their peers. In addition to serving on the negotiations team, your officers and WSNA staff interact with the County and the Whatcom nurses in the following ways:

  • Conference Committee quarterly for issues relating to the contract and working conditions.
  • Carry out the goals of the local unit across all departments including union training, membership engagement/promotion, and social gatherings!
  • Ensure that nurse’s concerns and suggestions are communicated and addressed in coordination WSNA staff.

Only WSNA members in good standing are eligible to vote. You will receive a ballot by mail at the address we currently have on file for you. If you have recently moved or are concerned about the accuracy of your mailing address that we receive from the employer, please update your mailing address and any other contact information here.

Reminder: Ballots must be postmarked no later than

July 30, 2026!
