PeaceHealth ULP Settlement Agreement
Posted Apr 3, 2026
Earlier this week, PeaceHealth agreed to settle an NLRB charge WSNA filed over their repeated threats to revoke health insurance from striking workers.
As a condition of the settlement, PeaceHealth must post an official signed notice in every facility listing workers' rights under the National Labor Relations Act and stating that they will not threaten workers' health insurance benefits if they engage in union activity, including striking.
“Every facility” means these postings should go not just in the hospitals or union facilities. Every worker systemwide should be able to find one at their main worksite.
The postings could go up any time between now and April 15 and must stay up for at least sixty days without being obscured, defaced, or hidden.
Please let your WSNA rep know if either you don't see the postings in your facility by April 15, or if the posting doesn't stay up unobscured for the full 60-day period.
In the coming weeks, we'll be sharing more details on this win, including the behind-the-scenes work WSNA members put in to help the NLRB's staff build their case, and what this means for PeaceHealth workers systemwide. In the meantime, thank you for your help holding management accountable on behalf of your coworkers across PeaceHealth.
