Nurses4all

Nurses4All is an independent NIH-funded research study conducted by experts on nurse staffing and patient outcomes at the University of Pennsylvania. It is confidential, completely voluntary, and only Penn researchers have access to the data, which are de-identified.

This is the first study of its kind in Washington, and we expect the results to provide important evidence that can help guide policy efforts on staffing.

Check your email. The survey was sent via email from the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (nurses4all@ncsbn.org). Sometimes these emails can go to spam, so be sure to check your spam folder to find your link to the survey.

Open and complete the survey. The survey can be taken on any device including mobile phone and it does not need to be completed all at once. For more information on the Nurses4All survey, please visit the Nurses4All website and direct questions or concerns to 866-NRS-4ALL (866-677-4255) or nurses4all@nursing.upenn.edu.

Encourage your nursing colleagues to participate. Any Washington licensed nurse can participate regardless of employment status (whether working as a nurse, working in another field, retired or between jobs, etc.), regardless of licensure (RN, LPN, ARNP), and regardless of role or employment setting (e.g., hospital, nursing home, home care, telehealth, school nurse, research, management).

Thank you for contributing to this important study.
