Induction into the Washington State Nurses Hall of Fame is WSNA’s highest honor, given to nurses who have made significant contributions to the profession of nursing. This is where we recognize the pioneers, the groundbreakers, and the heroes of nursing in Washington state.

Who should we honor in 2026?

Nominations are open for this prestigious recognition, and we encourage you to put forward those nurses whose work has made a significant difference in our communities and the nursing profession. Nominations close January 2 January 6.

Why nominate?

  • Recognize excellence: Induction into the Hall of Fame is a testament to a nurse's lifelong commitment to excellence in care, leadership, and advocacy.
  • Celebrate legacy: Every nurse inducted into the Hall of Fame has made a significant difference. This is our opportunity to tell their stories and share the impact of their work.
  • Inspire the next generation: Inductees' stories will serve as an inspiration to future generations of nurses.

Spread the word!

We know there are nurses in our community who deserve this honor, so please share this nomination form with colleagues. Let's ensure those who have advanced our profession get the recognition they deserve.

We look forward to honoring the best of the best at our Hall of Fame dinner on March 19, 2026 — save the date!
