Contract bargaining update

Your team of WSNA registered nurses met with AMR management and general counsel on Tuesday, Dec. 7 for our third bargaining session. Both parties exchanged proposals and the employer made some small positive movement on wages and overall benefits.

We reached some tentative agreements on several articles and continue to meet as a team in between bargaining sessions to comprise a counter to the employer’s last proposal.

We are scheduled to meet virtually with the employer again on Monday, Dec. 20.

In solidarity,
Your WSNA bargaining team members,
Chris Marshall and Heidi Odupitan
