WSNA and Cascade Have Reached a Tentative Agreement!

Your WSNA bargaining team is pleased to announce that we have reached a Tentative Agreement (TA) with Cascade Medical Center.

A summary of the tentative agreement is now available for your review. A complete redlined version of the contract showing all proposed changes is currently being finalized and will be distributed to nurses as soon as it is available.

New Electronic Voting Process

For this ratification vote, WSNA will be utilizing our online voting platform, a process that has been successfully used across other WSNA bargaining units. This secure system allows members to conveniently register their vote regardless of their location, helping ensure every eligible member has an opportunity to participate in the democratic process.

Please look for additional communications containing:

  • The full redlined agreement
  • Voting instructions
  • Voting date and time
  • Opportunities to ask questions about the Tentative Agreement

Thank you to all Cascade nurses for your engagement, support, and solidarity throughout this bargaining process. Together, we are stronger.

In Solidarity,
Your WSNA Bargaining Team

Aidan Ottley, Brad Piers and Katrina Rostedt
