The WSNA and Cascade Medical Center bargaining teams met for two full days of negotiations on July 13 and July 14, 2026. These sessions were active, engaged, and productive as both sides continued working toward a successor agreement.

While there are no tentative agreements to announce at this time, the parties are very close to reaching agreement on several important issues, including:

• Certification Premium
• Degree Premium
• Extended Vacation Leave
• Shift Differential

In addition, the bargaining teams are currently reviewing and discussing the wage scales.

Your bargaining team remains committed to advancing proposals that recognize nurses' expertise, support work-life balance, and improve recruitment and retention. We appreciate your continued support and will provide further updates as negotiations progress.

Our next bargaining session is scheduled for July 22, 2026.
