Bargaining Update Day 1

Dear WSNA Nurses,

The WSNA and Cascade Medical Center bargaining teams met on July 7, 2026 for our first full day of contract negotiations.

We are pleased to report that we had a productive day at the bargaining table. During our discussions, your bargaining team presented key interests and priorities, including:

  • Wages and premiums
  • Health insurance
  • PTO usage and cash-out provisions
  • Clarification of contract language in several areas

Our team is committed to advocating for a contract that recognizes the value of WSNA nurses and supports your ability to provide excellent patient care.

Our next bargaining sessions are scheduled for July 13 and July 14, 2026.

You can show your support and solidarity by wearing your WSNA T-shirt on bargaining days. Visible support from members sends a strong message of unity as negotiations continue.

Thank you for your continued engagement and support.

In Solidarity,

Aidan Ottley
