WSNA Bargaining Update

Dear WSNA Members at Fresenius:

Following months of challenging negotiations and mediation facilitated by the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service, we are writing to let you know that your Union negotiating committee reached a tentative agreement with the Employer yesterday (Thursday, February 19). We will be voting on the new contract next week.

We will send more information, including highlights and the full “redline” version of the new contract for your review, next week.

The vote will take place online, and we will be holding two information sessions so the Committee can share what has been achieved, and you can ask questions. Those sessions will take place:
