Transitions Observation Unit Management Survey

Your WSNA officers need your help! In recent months, your WSNA team has received multiple concerning complaints about management behavior on the Transitional Observation Unit. In order to best advocate for you, we need some feedback! If you have worked under Transitional Observation management or have stories to share about your experience with Obs management, we ask that you complete this very brief survey. 

We understand that there is fear of harassment and targeting. We promise to not share your individual responses with MultiCare management without your consent.
