Bargaining Update - Day Six

We met with management for our sixth bargaining session and presented them with a comprehensive proposal. They'll be working on their counterproposal between now and our next session on Wednesday -- that means we need to keep the pressure on.

We know management is seeing your stories about why you can't afford to stay at Island unless something changes. Let's keep those coming so they can't miss the point. Please share your story via the link below. We need to show them that no matter how much we love the culture at Island, culture doesn't pay the rent.

In solidarity,

Adrian Fewing, Chair
Heather Bush, Vice-Chair
Mary Wexman and Kate Scherer, Grievance Officers
