We have reached a Tentative Agreement on your contract!

In our seventh session, we reached a tentative agreement on your contract for 2023-2026.  The contract summary details will be coming soon, including all the details on wage increases that bring Island Health up to market rates in the first contract year. Keep an eye out for that update in the coming days!

Contract Vote - Save the Date!

The vote will be held on August 17, 2023, from 0600-0830 and 1700-2030 at the hospital, location TBD. Copies of the contract summary and redlined (legislative) versions of the contract will be available for your review and members of your bargaining team and WSNA staff will be present to answer your questions.

Your bargaining team recommends a “YES” vote.
