After 24 sessions with 22 hours of bargaining over the last two days, a settlement has been reached with Kadlec.

A highlights summary and additional information for bargaining unit review will be posted tomorrow, along with details on the ratification process.

While we are proud of many of the improvements we achieved in these negotiations, the settlement offer represents challenging compromises in several areas. We are confident that the settlement reflects the best deal possible at this time and ensures nurses will not continue waiting to receive the wage improvements you deserve.
