Kadlec Negotiations Update - We Need Your Input

Over the last two days of bargaining, your negotiating team continued working to reach an agreement that meaningfully addresses the priorities nurses across the bargaining unit identified: fair wages, real break relief, and proactive safety measures. Despite significant effort and continued engagement at the table, these sessions did not produce an acceptable agreement based on the priorities members have consistently communicated throughout negotiations.

Your bargaining team remains committed to continuing negotiations, but it is clear that management is not yet prepared to meet the priorities nurses have identified as essential for an acceptable agreement. At this point, it is critical that we have current and accurate feedback from the bargaining unit so we can determine the next steps and continue applying the pressure necessary to move these negotiations forward.

Please take a moment now to complete this urgent survey using the link below.
This survey is not a strike vote, but it is an important tool that helps your bargaining team understand the level of readiness and unity across the bargaining unit as we plan our next moves.

Your voice and participation matter in this moment. The strength of our position at the bargaining table depends on clear, visible engagement from nurses across Kadlec. You can get to the survey by using the link or the QR code.
