Timekeeping update

We have all received notice of upcoming changes to timekeeping practices that will start November 8, 2020. There are two changes taking place:

The first change will be the implementation of the employer paying you by the minute. This is accomplished through the elimination of “rounding”. The second will be requiring you to clock in and out for your unpaid meal periods. These will no longer be automatically deducted.

Please let us know what issues are coming up so that we can address them with management. Remember, for every 4 hours of work take your 15-minute rest breaks and don’t forget to put in for them if missed.
