Administrative changes at Kadlec

To our members:

We understand that there have been some administrative changes at Kadlec recently. While these are changes within human resource practices your Union Officers will be taking concerns to management during the next conference committee on 1/21.

As you know, your WSNA representatives and officers meet monthly with Kadlec Administration to address concerns like these. On 1/21 your Kadlec officers will be asking for clarification on PTO use on holidays. They will also be addressing which codes need to be reentered once clocking back in from lunch. We have been hearing mixed messages from nurses regarding with codes are carrying over and which are not. Lastly, we want to address the contract. While there is still an unresolved issue with finalizing the contract it is still currently being honored on both sides.

Your officers:
Martha Galvez (Birth Center) – Chair
Jacob Garcia (CDU) - Vice-Chair
Vanessa Douglas (ICU) - Secretary
Meri Bukovinsky (CDU) – Treasurer
Kathy Peot (Resouce)- Grievance officer
Andrew Louviere- (OR) Member-At-Large

For any concerns or questions you may contact WSNA Nurse Representative Debi Bessmer at dbessmer@wsna.org
