Congratulations!

We are thrilled to announce that the KVH Nurses have voted overwhelmingly to ratify our new contract.

This victory belongs to every one of you! 

We want to thank everyone who contributed to the collective effort to achieve this contract. Whether you shared your priorities in the pre-bargaining survey, wore a support button or WSNA/KVH T-shirt, or attended sessions as an observer, your involvement was vital. It was this demonstration of solidarity that allowed us to reach an agreement in just seven bargaining sessions.

The new contract will go into effect on 1/1/26. New wage rates will kick in at the start of the first full pay period of the year on 1/4/26.
