Negotiation update  - Day three

On 10/31/2022 your bargaining team met with administration for a third negotiation session. There were no tricks at the bargaining table today as your bargaining team treated management to an explanation of your concerns around compensation and years of experience. We appreciate your participation in just in time surveys as the data and stories you have provided have assisted your team in advocating for what is important to you.

KVH administration provided a comprehensive proposal and while we are close to an agreement, we are still seeking improvements to current contract language to promote equity in the bargaining unit and retain quality nurses.

We have a fourth session scheduled for 11/4/2022 and we’re optimistic that we can close the gap between management’s position and yours to bring a contract you can feel confident voting yes on.
