Contract negotiations update

Your Negotiating team is excited to announce that we have a tentative agreement.

On Dec. 17, we had our third negotiations session.

We have many improvements including 10 hours of rest between shifts for everyone, SANE bonus, float pay for qualified RNs who float to FBC/LD and ED/Urgent Care, across the board 3% pay increases each year of the 3-year contract. More details to come. We are recommending a YES vote, date and times of the vote to be determined.

ADO/Staffing Complaint forms:
Are you having staffing issues in your department? If so, we are asking you to document those issues so the Nurse Staffing Committee at KVH need to be able to document and track issues. It takes about 3 minutes to complete online. You can fill it out on your cell phone. https://www.wsna.org/ado. The hospital is also going to have the link available.
