Morton Hospital and Clinic Nurses: Tentative Agreements have been reached, so it’s time to vote!

Contract Ratification Vote:

When: June 24, 2019 from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Where: Morton Hospital Executive Conference Room 1 & 2

We held firm on getting equal wage percentage increases, equal positive language additions and changes and 3-year durations for both the RN and LPN Tentative Agreements. We are recommending both of these Tentative Agreements!

As soon as possible, a Highlight Summary for the WSNA RN/LPN- Lewis County Hospital District #1 Tentative Agreement will be posted on the WSNA Morton Hospital local unit web page. Please watch for it. Be sure to print the Highlight Summary and bring your copy to the vote. The extended/redline version of both the RNs and LPNs Tentative Agreements will be available for viewing during voting hours. Members of our team, including our attorney and nurse representative will be at the vote and ready to receive questions you may have about these Tentative Agreements. After the vote, at 7:31 p.m., we will need two local unit members (in good standing) to count ballots. Please let one of us know in advance if you are willing to count ballots.

In Solidarity,

Colleen Littlejohn RN, LU Chair
Wesley McMahan RN, LU Co-Chair
Laurie Stargel RN, LU Secretary
Melanie Pyles RN, LU Treasurer
