MOU ratification vote

We are ready to vote on the acceptance of this Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)

After a successful campaign and subsequent negotiations with administration, your WSNA bargaining team of registered nurses is ready to take this MOU to a vote by the membership.

The MOU will include the following 58 (+/-) nurses in the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Their new position titles are included below:

Clinical Coordinator/RN3
Clinic Nurse/Staff Nurse
Assistant Nurse Manager/RN3
Nursing Shift Manager/RN3
Clinic Nurse Lead/Charge Nurse
Clinic Infusion Nurse Lead/Charge Nurse
Clinic Infusion Nurse/Staff Nurse
Surgical Srvcs Prog Manager/RN3
Clinic Surgical Nurse/Staff Nurse
Lact Prog & SCN Coordinator/RN3
Cardiac Rehab Nurse/Staff Nurse

There will be two voting sessions on this same day in an effort to ensure the most RNs possible can participate:

Date: Friday, September 13
Where: E Wing Auditorium
Voting Times: 1-3 p.m. and 4:30-8 p.m.

We are proud to have these RNs become members of WSNA and stand side by side with their RN colleagues for improved wages, hours and working conditions.
