Local Unit Meeting this Friday, February 6

Your voice matters. Join your bargaining team virtually this Friday, February 6, at 8 am or 5:30 pm. We will be discussing top priorities for bargaining and answering any questions you have.  Bargaining priorities are based on survey results from you and your colleagues. If you have not filled out your survey, please do so now in the link below.

Our lead negotiator, Shea Allen, will be on, as will bargaining team members and Nurse Representative Bret Percival.

Meetings: 8 - 8:30 am and 5:30 - 6 pm. We will stay online longer if needed, and it’s ok to jump in late or leave early if you need to.

Our proposals are based on this survey, and our first session is on Friday, February 13.  We are currently drafting proposals and want to make sure your voice is heard.  This is YOUR contract.

If you have not completed this survey, please do so as soon as possible. The estimated time to complete is approximately 5-10 minutes, depending on the amount of narrative information you have to share in the free text fields.

At the end of the survey, let us know how you would like to be involved.  We need your involvement in this process to get a fair contract! Together, we are stronger.

Once we start bargaining and pass our initial proposals, we move forward bargaining in good faith. We can’t go back, so now is the time to speak up and get involved!
