After 5 bargaining sessions, your bargaining team is excited to announce that we have reached a Tentative Agreement!

This agreement delivers meaningful, immediate, and long-lasting improvements to our pay, benefits, and working conditions—both on and off the job. All Ocean Beach Nurses will be on the same pay scale, with substantial wage increases over the life of the contract.

You all came together like we’ve never seen in the past. We had record participation in our pre-bargaining survey and were encouraged by your feedback and showing up to our local unit meeting to confirm we were united in our fight for a fair contract. We are proud of this contract that you all helped earn and your bargaining team unanimously recommends a YES VOTE!
