Negotiation Update February 23, 2023

Today we met for our second full in-person negotiation session. We have been working to collaborate with management have had productive conversations where we have made agreements on certain process issues. However, economics continues to remain a challenge. Though we shared our priorities with management and explained what matters most to the bargaining unit, there is little movement on their end.

Now is the time to show your solidarity with the bargaining team by wearing your WSNA badge buddies and ensuring your membership is up to date. Our next scheduled in-person bargaining date is March 9. If you have any questions, please reach out to your bargaining team or nurse representative.
