Volunteers needed

Hello Ocean Beach nurses,

WSNA and management have heard that there are areas of improvement that could be made in your scheduling. We met to discuss these issues and agree that having additional help with scheduling is the best solution.

Therefore, we are asking that one nurse from either mid-shift or night shift step up to volunteer to be that person to help scheduling. This is extremely important so that you can all be assured that your requests can be met whenever it is possible with the staffing needs of the hospital and to honor all of your requests. Please contact me, Marianne, Jayla or Brenda to indicate your interest at your earliest convenience. Your volunteering for this position is much appreciated!

Thank you all for everything you do every day!

In unity,
Mara
