ED Nurse’s Response:

The ED Nurses have sent their thoughts and ideas to Overlake to respond to their response. Please see their words below. The original correspondence is included for context. Of note, Overlake said it will address the staffing crisis in staffing committee. The next meeting is for 8/11. We encourage ED nurses and everyone to attend virtually; particularly those of you who filed ADOs to work on solutions and explain the situation. Please contact Kiersten Rondorf for call in information: Kiersten.Rondorf@overlakehospital.org.

Please contact WSNA Nurse Rep Sam Scholl for anything at sscholl@wsna.org.

Please let WSNA Organizer Zach Seikel know if you want to be more involved by emailing zseikel@wsna.org.

If you are not already, please consider becoming a member. It is always a bad time to ask and always the right time to join: https://www.wsna.org/membership/application/union.
