We have a new CONTRACT!

The WSNA members at PeaceHealth St. John have ratified the Tentative Agreement!

After 9 hours of voting and great turnout across the bargaining unit, we've counted the ballots and can officially announce PeaceHealth St. John nurses have voted YES to ratify our 2024-2027 contract! Many thanks to those who stayed to help count ballots after polls closed at 2030. Once the new contract is fully signed we'll post it on your local unit page.

Your support, strength, and solidarity during negations were essential components of every win in this contract, but we know our work isn't done. Reach out to your WSNA Nurse Representative Travis Elmore Nelson at telmore@wsna.org and your WSNA Nurse Organizer Sammy Scholl at sscholl@wsna.org to learn more about how you can get involved as we continue to build power for nurses at PeaceHealth St. John over the course of this contract cycle.

Your bargaining team worked extremely hard on the new contract. If you would like to donate PTO to the bargaining team, please follow the QR code below or look for the file in the documents bar above, print the form and send a PDF back to Travis Nelson WSNA Rep.
