Chemical Exposure Concerns

WSNA is hearing from members who are very concerned that their health and safety were impacted by the recent chemical disaster in the community. If you believe that you were exposed to chemicals at work and are concerned that your health and safety are at risk, please do a hospital incident report! You should also submit a WSNA ADO so that you have your own personal record of the complaint. WSNA also recommends filing a worker's comp complaint and a complaint with the Dept. of Labor and industries

In solidarity,
Your WSNA officers,

Please contact Travis Elmore Nelson, WSNA Nurse Rep, at telmore@WSNA.org or 206-575-7979 ext. 3117 with questions or concerns.
