All our nurses at Pullman Regional Hospital are invited to join us for the launch of our pre-negotiation union contract survey. This event will take place on Thursday, March 6, 2025, throughout the day- see detailed information below for times, locations and food being offered.

Where:
- 7 - 8:30 am Conf. Room A
- 8:30 - 9:30 am Conf. Room C
- 1 - 3:30 pm Conf. Room C
- 5 - 8 pm Conf. Room C
Free Food:
- Espresso + cinnamon rolls for the morning
- Jimmy John’s in the afternoon
- Tacos in the evening
What is a pre-negotiation survey?
Every 3 years, our nurses negotiate our labor contract with senior leadership. The first step in preparing for this is getting critical feedback from ALL our nurses on what matters to them related to their wages, hours, and working conditions. This survey is our chance to use direct feedback from our nurses to identify our priorities at the bargaining table. Our contract expires September 31, 2025 - now is the time to make your voice heard!
Why is it important?
Without nurses’ feedback, our nurses on our bargaining team don’t know what to prioritize for all nurses in Pullman.
What’s in it for me?
There will be an opportunity at this upcoming event to enter your name into a gift card raffle for filling out a pop quiz about your contract. Also, the unit of the hospital with the highest return rate of surveys will receive something fun for their unit as a prize!
