At 2 a.m., on January 7, 2023, your negotiating team, after 18 straight hours of bargaining, reached a final TA (tentative agreement) with management! We are proud to bring you historic wage increases, new premiums for ECLS, Float Pool and SANE (Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner) nurse premium, as well as increases to many other premiums! Improvement to Workplace Violence committee language was secured as well and much more!

The contract ratification vote will be held in the Children’s Hospital, 4^th floor. Garabedian/WA Trust Room. The vote times will start and end promptly at 0600-0900, 1400-1630, 1830-2100. You must be a member in good standing, and present in person to vote.
