• 5% raise upon ratification – a total of 10% over the life of the agreement (expiration: 12/31/2022).
• $2100 ratification bonus prorated by FTE.
• $500 supplemental nurse ratification bonus when a minimum of 400 hours worked in 2019.
• NO Changes to PTO/EIB accrual and NO short-term disability!
• Stronger and contractually enforceable safe staffing language.
• Zero tolerance of workplace violence and improved workplace safety language.
