Here’s a look at our critical path this week as we continue fighting for a strong, fair contract. First, we expect our meeting with the employer on January 13 to be instructive as to our next steps. Following that meeting, time-sensitive updates will be provided to you that same evening during the WSNA Weekly Bargaining Update. Local Unit Meetings will be held the following day on January 14. Finally, your bargaining team will meet with the Labor Executive Council (LEC) at the end of the week to debrief them on outcomes and address next steps. Each and every step will move us forward in our fight for a contract you deserve.

Weekly Schedule at a Glance

• Jan 12 (Mon): Strategy meeting with the Bargaining Team, WSNA Staff and Chief Negotiator. (Virtual, 1–3 PM)
• Jan 13 (Tue): Small group meeting with the Employer (Virtual 9 – 5 PM), followed by the WSNA Weekly Bargaining Update. (Microsoft Teams, 6–7 PM)
• Jan 14 (Wed): Local Unit Meetings for comprehensive bargaining updates, education, and Q&A. (Microsoft Teams 5:30-6:30 AM, 8 -9 AM, 5:30-6:30 PM, 8-9 PM)
• Jan 15 (Thu): Strike Workgroups (See below)
• Jan 16 (Fri): Bargaining Team meets with LEC to debrief on this week’s outcomes and address next steps
