Calling on all WSNA staff nurses! Your negotiations survey has been extended until February 11

Your negotiations survey has been extended until February 11.

Your WSNA team is beginning contract negotiations with the County for the 2026-2027 collective bargaining agreement (CBA)!

We met with the County on January 28 for a preliminary discussion of important logistical items and gain shared understanding about the cadence and flow of negotiations this year. Utilizing the priorities identified in your survey responses, we anticipate meeting to exchange proposals in late February. Read all WSNA updates as we go through this process together, including opportunities to demonstrate the nurse’s unity and strength!

Take the survey, which has been extended to close on February 11, 2025, today.

In Solidarity,
