Carolyn Clark joined us at the negotiation table as we met with the County for our sixth bargaining session. We succeeded in attaining a few tentative agreements on conference committees, leaves for military and domestic violence, and safety standards. We are continuing to work on the reduction in force and holiday language. We were presented with a jail pilot proposal regarding the creation of Flex Patterns at KCCF. We will be sending KCCF nurses a survey because we must have your feedback about this.
