A Call for Community Support

Your WSNA negotiation team returns to the table with the County on February 24. We anticipate additional mediation dates in the first week of March.

Reaching out to Leaders

As promised, we are taking action, contacting mayors where Seattle King County nurses provide public health services to their residents and constituents. We are inviting them to join us in these strenuous efforts to reach a tentative agreement on a strong and fair contract, by contacting King County Executive Girmay Zahilay. He is the collective bargaining agent for the County.

Mosqueda splash

Continued support from Council Member Teresa Mosqueda

A HUGE ‘thank you’ to King County Council Member and Board of Health Chair Teresa Mosqueda for continuing to demonstrate solidarity with us as public health/union nurses.
