Congratulations on another success for Public Health Nurses. Yesterday, WSNA’s Legal Counsel argued to dismiss the County’s motion to vacate the CHSS Arbitration Award. The Court decided in favor of the Union. This was a hard-fought victory!

This court decision amplifies our voice and the importance of maintaining Public Health Nurses in Public Health. We will not sit by idle and allow the erosion of your roles in public health and the community you serve.
