Negotiation update

Hello all WSNA RNs at PeaceHealth Southwest,

Your bargaining team met on Jan. 29 and Feb. 1 for our second and third negotiation sessions with management. Your team has listened to your survey responses and are taking your priorities to management as we bargain for a fair and just contract. We are looking at numerous proposals including developing an incentive program that rewards your commitment and time. Now is the time to show your solidarity and unity with your team and proudly wear your WSNA stickers and badge buddies.

Our next negotiation meetings are:

  • Feb. 8
  • Feb. 10
  • Feb. 15
  • Feb. 22

Please find your local unit representative or take a sticker from the bulletin boards to wear in support of your negotiating team.
