Negotiation update

Hello all WSNA RNs at PeaceHealth Southwest,

Your bargaining team met twice this week to continue our discussions on developing a nurse career ladder where your voice is on the vanguard of shaping a magnet future for your hospital. Your team has submitted a nearly full comprehensive economic package which we believe values your time and commitment to PeaceHealth. We need you to show your solidarity and proudly and take a Instagram able snap of you and your colleagues wearing your WSNA stickers and badge buddies. Send us your pictures and show your solidarity and pride.

Our next negotiation meetings are:

Feb. 15
Feb. 22

Please find your local unit representative or take a sticker from the bulletin boards to wear in support of your negating team.

Please send all pictures to RRosencranz@wsna.org. We look forward to seeing you sticker up!
