Reminder: Ratification voting is open until 8 pm!

WSNA members in good standing should have received a unique electronic ballot sent to the personal email address on file with WSNA. Please do not share your ballot link — it will only work once.

If you are a dues-paying member and have not received a ballot, check your spam or trash folder in your email. The email with your ballot should come from “ElectionBuddy Elections,” the program WSNA uses to administer electronic ratification votes.

For technical support or if you have not received your ballot, email Jared Richardson at jrichardson@wsna.org. Please do not use this email for contract-related questions – bring those to office hours or email your bargaining team!

If you are not a member, it’s not too late to join:

Redline of Tentative Agreement

The draft redline version of the Tentative Agreement is now available online for review. You’ll also find the redline posted with your electronic ballot when you received your individual ratification vote link.

What is the redline?

This draft shows how the tentative agreement differs from the current contract. Additions are underlined and deletions are shown with a strikethrough. The document is not final and may still be subject to minor edits and proofreading processes, but has been reviewed by both WSNA and PeaceHealth and approved for sharing with the full bargaining unit.

Voting Closes TONIGHT at 8 pm - March 5

Don’t procrastinate - digital voting closes exactly at 8 pm. Results will be sent out approximately 30 minutes after voting closes.

We are so proud of the work that went into getting this TA, and we wholeheartedly endorse a YES vote. Thank you to all the nurses who stood shoulder to shoulder with us for this fight.
