WSNA Holiday Party

Join us on Friday, December 5, from 5 to 8:30 PM in the HEC Auditorium. All WSNA-represented nurses are welcome. Meet WSNA Union Officers and Bargaining Team members. Ask questions and get updates on bargaining and, more importantly, how you can help support the team. We will have food, fun, WSNA shirts, stickers, and a raffle, but this is more than just a party. We are coming together and building strength to fight for a fair contract.

It’s ok if you can’t stay long, but if you can drop in on a break or lunch, or swing by the hospital for a few minutes, please do. If you do not work in Vancouver, please try to make the trip. We will be holding events around Longview in the future, but we need to solidify the bargaining unit to understand and support each other and the challenges we face.

Our calls to action

  • Please try to come to the holiday party on December 5!
  • Join us as an observer in bargaining. Our subsequent sessions will be Tuesday, December 16, and Thursday, December 18. RSVP to join us!
  • Follow us on Instagram at phsw_nurses
  • Join us in wearing your WSNA shirts on negotiation days and T-Shirt Tuesday to show your support for a fair contract.

Happy Thanksgiving!

We are thankful for all the nurses we work alongside every day, who tirelessly care for our community despite the multitude of barriers we hope to eliminate through bargaining and collective action!
