Union Grievance Filed: Violation of Contract Staffing Language

WSNA filed a union group grievance on violations of the Staffing Language in our Contract.

Your ADOs were an integral part of notifying the union and management that Safe Staffing is a HUGE concern.

We will arrange a grievance meeting with some key bargaining unit nurse leaders and will also be inviting you to join in and share your testimony.

We see your ADOs. Thanks for keeping us informed of the staffing and break issues. Keep them coming. They DO Matter.

We spoke extensively about the Staffing Shortage issue at the Hospital Staffing Committee meeting on March 9. It appears our managers and CNO Andrew Baxter are doing all they can to get FTEs from higher levels; but apparently, it's not enough. As members of the Union, we need to keep pushing for Safe Staffing.
