An Open Letter to the CNO

We have seen the massive number of ADOs you have filed over the last month. Rest assured that we read every one of them and are committed to ensuring that management acts on them. Today we are sending an open letter to Andrew Baxter, CNO of SJMC, calling on him to work together with us to find solutions to the current staffing crisis. Please continue to fill out ADOs anytime there are staffing, safety, security, or any other issues you want to let us know about. As your elected officers we care deeply about what is happening at St. Joe’s and will bring these issues to the staffing committee and to the bargaining table.

Speaking of the bargaining table, the pre-negotiation survey is still ongoing. Negotiations for the new contract are just around the corner, and we need to hear what your priorities are so we can present them loud and clear to management. Please complete the survey as soon as possible by following the QR code or the link below.
