IBD changes with the new contract

If you have worked an IBD shift and you didn’t call in sick during the pay period of the IBD shift you are eligible for the double time in the IBD section of the contract. This was effective the date of ratification. Since the ratification of the contract, if you have not received the double time IBD, please contact your nurse representative. Please email me ASAP.

Not paid sick time

If you have been out sick and the hospital has not paid you from your sick bank, please contact your WSNA nurse representative, Carmen Garrison, as soon as you can. We have filed an association grievance for all affected nurses.
