Are you ready for negotiations?

It’s that time again for us to prepare and the survey is the first step in our preparation.

You’ve gone through a lot especially in the past 2 years with the pandemic and coming out of bankruptcy. We need to hear from you.

I understand floating is becoming an issue. We also need to build our Nurse Staffing Committee. We also need to start scheduling regular Conference Committee meetings (local unit officers attend these meetings). Now, with a new CNO, is a good time to start planning these meetings.

Thank you in advance for taking a few minutes of your time to complete the survey.
