Negotiations update

IMG 5717

After a long day of bargaining with management, we reached a tentative agreement. We will be providing a full summary ASAP. We will provide you with the date, time and location of the vote.

Your bargaining team is recommending a YES vote.

Thank you to all the observers who took time out of their day to attend negotiations.  You helped your bargaining feel supported as they made very difficult decisions . Having over 10% of our bargaining unit show up was powerful.

Thank you all for wearing your stickers. You were seen and heard.

MOU vfote

Be sure to vote this coming Friday on the MyTime memorandum of understanding. (In the Administrative Conference room at the Hospital, 0630-1130.)

You must be a member in good standing to vote. You are welcome to come by and chat with your team.

Don't forget to thank your negotiating team: Austin Bordeleau, Holly Swanson, Kelsey Sousa, Robyn Tilton, Sara Langrock, Shannon Lauder and Shawna Smith. We are still accepting PTO donations to help them cover their time at the table! See the link on this page.

If you have any questions, please contact the negotiating team or Carmen Garrison, Resource Nurse Representative at cgarrison@wsna.org.
