Post-Picket Update TOMORROW at 6 and 8pm!

DSF1073

Get the news on what's next straight from the bargaining team

On Friday, hundreds of nurses turned out in the driving rain to stand up to management and demand that they put people over profits every day, in every unit, and on every shift. We showed Virginia Mason that we won't back down from a fight or accept substandard staffing, give up our benefits, or skip our rest and meal breaks to serve their "productivity" metrics, because our loyalty is to our patients and one another. We also showed them that our community is behind us, and they're not going away either.

But our fight didn't end at Friday's picket — it's just getting started.

Want to know what's next? Join us at tomorrow's weekly virtual bargaining updates at 6 pm and 8 pm for details on when we head back to the table and how you can put pressure on management between now and then. Use the link below to join us on Teams.

Reminder: Share our Community Petition With Your Friends and Family!

Management thinks our picket was the final step in our public campaign for safe staffing, access to rest and meal breaks, and protection for our healthcare benefits. Help us show them just how wrong they are by sharing our community petition with your neighbors, friends, and family. When we get back to the table, they'll see that the public's support has grown since our picket — and that's it's not going away.

When we fight, we win!
